Hello, I purchased louis Philippe hoodie from ajio website, it's color got faded in a single wash. the product was fake it is barely 2 months old please help me with a product replacement or refund I purchased it on 22 October, after that, I wore only one day and kept it again I have taken it out and worn from 20 December and after 1 wash with water its color got faded away and it also has holes to it and it's stitches got worn off, i believe it is an old or used product and sold after painted to make it look new

I got a damaged product and put for exchange and then Ajio cancelled that order due to which the return date got lapsed and i am unable to return that . Raised a complaint in their prestigious customer care where there is no care for customer. A day after they closed the complaint messaged your problem was resolved. No action nothing no return no refund closed the complaint and the reason for closing is you where unavailable over phone. The photos are send over email with the tag and why they want to connect after all proof. raised 3 to 4 complaints all the complaints where closed without any action . And the worst thing is that they even blocked my number so I was unable to call customer care then I tried with other number executive took the phone. Then I gave them a huge lot of applause for this activity. I don't want this damage product take it back and give me my money back.
