I forgot my ajio account password..I'm unable to login. Everytime it says wrong otp entered. Issue not resolved since year

      My Order ID. FN[protected] got cancelled automatically on AJIO app. It's ridiculous that they accept an order and the payment for something they can't serve. Neither I have received any products, nor I have received any refund for the amount that I spent.

      I could not infer until today when I called the customer care service to confirm my suspicions. If they wanted to cancel, they should have straight away cancelled/rejected the order request on Day 1, they just prolong such suffering and waste users' time

      Their customer care agent also did not provide me any reason why the order was cancelled, I am still awaiting the RCA why this happened. Their app is too buggy.

        I ordered a jeans from ajio application with order I'd FN[protected].I got damaged product with yellow staine and with out price tag..i requested for exchange, courier agent could not take product because of no price tag.i contact customer service and not got a favaroble response.kindly do the needful.

          I bought few products from Ajio on 25th August 2022 and due to size issue returned few of them. As per Ajio, return was completed on 6th, 9th and 10th September but till date amount is not credited to by account. I have connected with support multiple time and shared the Statement as well but till date no resolution.
          I am attaching the screenshot of statement for reference.

                I received a product different from the one i ordered, it came without tag and looks used, when i placed return request, they say all ajio products come with tag and return was rejected. tried contacting customer care many times, but they keep on replying same that ajio products are sent with tag. I have been shopping on this app for soo soo long. wont bother to shop again. youo just lost a valuable customer. Thanks for the pathetic service.

                  I ordered a pair of shoes (on 19 Oct) for a friend of mine living outside of India. After the first wear (~3 hrs) the leather cracked. And when we examined the shoe closely we saw that the quality was very poor. We wrote to the Ajio Team and shared the photos (13 Nov). They agreed for a return-pickup. I carried the shoes back to India. I have been following up with Ajio customer care and they have not responded. 2 compalints were raised and they have closed it stating we were not reachable - which is untrue.

                  When we called the customer team said they will not process the return & Refund since the complaint raised is outside of their return window. When we shared pictures and told them it's about the quality, they agreed for the return but thereafter there has been no response whatsoever from them.

                    Hello,

                    Ajio team is joking around with it's customer service. Who gives you the right to actually write a sms that 'I have changed my mind'. This is a lie and that is something you cannot do.
                    I have been relentlessly following up for a return since a month and you have lied to me all these times making fake promises. Now this gets ever worse when you send a sms like this. This is shameful. Ajio has no respect for it's customer.

                    Give me an answer.

                      I had ordered a handbag from ALDO through AJIO. Not only did they supply and deliver a fake product to my delivery address. Plus the order delivered to me was not the same thing as I ordered. Plus even after several attempts no heed was paid for my refund. Due to this forgery I have lodged a police complaint with the local PS of my area. This is straight up cheating customers and cheating their hard earned money and the product delivered is damaged heavily as well.

                        Product delivered is 1st copy fake and doesnt match the actual order

                        I had ordered an ALDO handbag from the said AJIO website. The order when delivered to me consisted of a fake 1st copy product of ALDO. Plus the delivered item wasn’t the same as my actual order. Even after so many attempts to reach out to them, they haven’t initiated refund. I have lodged a police complaint against the forgery done with me and I would love to attach the scanned copy of the police complaint if the company wants to see...

                            I placed an order for a gold coin in Ajio on 10th of november. I didn't receive the product yet, though it is showing the product is delivered.
                            When I tracked the order using the tracking ID, It showed that it was delivered to the wrong address which is not mine.

                              I had ordered few products on 19th October 2022. Sone of them are delivered but 2 products are still in shipped status since 12th November 2022.                                 I ordered Nike kids shoes and a Nike track pant

                                  I have ordered 3 Shirts instead I got 2. I raised Complain on the same day of Delivery, They replied after three days with very rude attitude, She said, " As I can see in the CCTV all 3 shirts are packed here, then how can you get only 2, It is not possible, you have got all 3" . By saying this, They Closed my Complaint without giving missing item or refund for that.As if I commited any crime by reporting a missing item. Please look into it and if all 3 are packed there, it is not guaranteed that it will reach me in same manner. Order Id #FN[protected]

                                    They have sent a product without the tag and when I wanted to return the same product they are dragging by saying some excuses. I have mailed them multiple times they sometime say product is not returnable and sometime they say it doesn’t have tag we cannot accept. And sometime with some other excuses.
                                    Ajio customer care service is pathetic when it comes to a product return.
                                    They always create a problem when it comes to return a product.

                                    I need your help in returning the product and get my refund.
