Ajio — Refund not credited to my bank account.

I placed an order of a product om 3 nov 2023 and receive on 10th nov and also at same day i create return and refund request of the same product. From ajio refund was initiated on 13 nov 2023 but as of now 21 nov 2023 my refund is still not reflected to my bank account. I have tired 8/9 times to contact the customer champion they all narrate the same old procedure and tell me to wait another 48 hours. They are more eager about getting rated at the end call for their performance rather than solving customer problems. Mailing to [protected]@care is even more painful with each time automated mail replying same old message "thank you for reaching out wll get back to you in 48hrs" meanwhile begging for rating from 1 to 10. Utterly disgusting and I wonder how many crores these people loot customer in a single day.
