Ajio — Refund Not Received even after 9 days passed from the Failed order | |||
Sub - Refund not received for the Failed order even 9 days has been passed Transaction Done on 11th March, yet to receive the refund Deducted Amount = 2991.75 The payment has been made via Paytm wallet. Complaint No. is COM[protected] Promised Resolution date 16th March, not resolved asked me to wait 2 more business days nothing has resolved didn't Received refund yet. Pathetic service. Raised a complaint for the same on 13th March [Complaint No. is COM[protected]] on which Ajio assured me that the issue will be resolved before 16th of March then I mailed again and your customer support again told me to wait for 2 more business days, nothing is happening, its not yet resolved and I didn't received the refund amount yet. The wallet transactions are the quickest of lot and the refund timelines of the wallet transactions are shortest of all so I am not able to understand why my refund isn't processed / Received yet?
