Today I got message from Ajio Hey TINSA! We have an update against your Ajio Complaint ID COM[protected]. We investigated the concern and after careful consideration it was found that all your products are delivered. Hence we are closing this complaint.. Now you can also check the status of YOUR COMPLAINt by visiting HTTPs://ajio.page.link/trans_SMS"

This was the above message I got from Ajio as they are closing my case without resolving, ### people no ethics at all as they have not yet Refunded my Rs.512 in my account. I will not let you people to take my money.

Below I got mail from Ajio team stating that "AJIO App Call Out
Your AJIO Order with ID: FL[protected] has been partially cancelled.

After that they asked me to send bank account statement and I have sent to them and on 13th August 2020 I got mail from Ajio"
