Ajio — Refunded ajio wallet amount is not transferring to my bank account

Dear CONSUMER COMPLAINTS TEAM,
I am facing problem with ajio from last two months.they are cheating customers very badly, they don’t even give proper response to the customers even in phone call and mails.i am asking them to give my refund from last two months on 3rd of september i got my total refund (35, 107-00) to my ajio wallet. so i thought to transfer that amount to my bank account.
i kept my bank account details to ajio company mail id's [protected]@ajio.com, grievance.[protected]@ajio.com.but they are not transfering that amount to mt bank account.they are debeting the amount from ajio wallet and raising the complaint like amount will be transfered to your bank account through NEFT but still now i did not get my amount.
yesterday (14 th of september) amount (35, 107-00) in my ajio wallet is debeted.but still that amount is not credited to my bank account.i am getting tensed..please help me out with this issue.
