I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Clothing, shoes & accessories
The issue that I have experienced was: I ordered a cap on 31st May which was a size big and misfit for me. I filed the return one and a half month ago. First they told me they will pick up the return on 25th june and then I started sending emails and calling customer care where they are still fooling me around. Last date they gave me for pickup was 2nd July. I called them 5 times and emailed them a lot of time but they kept fooling me around. Know they are not even picking my calls. Today when I called their customer care executive and when I started saying that I am talking to customer care executive 5th time in one and a half month they hanged the phone. I am still trying but they are ignoring my calls now.
It occurred on 31/05/2020 when I ordered the product. I recieved it on 9th June and filed the return the same day.
If they are unable to pick their faulty product I want them to refund my money.
I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. I would like to keep a complete record of my case
