[Resolved] Ajio — Return not picked up | |
I ordered a top that was delivered on 10th October. Due to size issue I wanted to raise a return request that day itself but the status of delivery on the site was not updated so I couldn't do so. I was finally able to do so 3 days later on 13th October. On 14th I got a call from the person who was supposed to pick up the return order that he has rescheduled the pick up to the next day. This is where the issue started to begin. For the next 10 days all I got was an auto generated message and call saying that the return has been rescheduled but no one came to pick up the order. On trying to call the customer care my phone was not picked up . Tried contacting Ajio over email but again I did not get any helpful response. Finally on 31st October I was able to connect them over call. I was told that the pick up had been attempted thrice ( not true) and I'll have to cancel and regenerate a return request. But this was not possible because their website doesn't work and it still shows that the pick up is scheduled for 18th October. I was told this issue would be resolved in 48 hours. Now after 48 hours I'm being told that the issue would be resolved by 6th November. The last date to return is 8th November. Im concerned that they'll just say that the date for return has passed and I'll be stuck with the top I don't want. Please understand my frustration over this matter and help me as soon as possible.
