I ordered 5 products against order ID FL[protected] . I received only 3 products in the packet .I am tired of calling customer care and they are not able to resolve my problem .neither I receive the product not the refund. My complaint ID are COM[protected], COM[protected].
Please resolve my problem and refund my money .

    I have bought two sketchers sandals from Ajio vide order No FL[protected] on 10/10/2021 which was received on 16/10/2021 but i generated the return of the products as the size was not matching. But on 20/10/2021 only one sandal was picked up for return and for the second sandal was not picked up by your executive and the return was cancelled on 26/10/2021. Thereafter i have been regularly making complaint at Ajio customer care where their executive has accepted receiving one sandal which was returned and assured that the amount for the same will be returned by 29/10/21 and i will also be able to create return order again for other sandal but in spite of making several complaints and follow up from past 10 days neither I have received refund for one sandal already picked up and nor the return for another sandal is being generated.

      I have already submitted a complaint and u did a great job by forwarding it to Ajio and I did get a response stating they will reach me soon but it has been more than 3+ business days and still no information about my order.if they want me to file an lawsuit, cause that's the only way for me to get a response I can do that. It has been an one whole month after placing the order and still not reached me

        I reported an issue back on October 17, about 7 items missing from one of my order's delivery. I was supposed to receive a total of 4 packets (containing items worth 9000, 1400, 1200 and 6000 approx.) but the packet which should have had merchandize worth 6000 was missing 7 items worth 3200. The packet had printed on it that it has 10 items inside but when I opened it, it only had 3 and it was so small that there is no way it could have had 10 items in it.

        All other packets had all products (as promised) except one which has items worth INR 3200 missing from it.

        Since I have raised this complaint, I keep getting same scripted response of packets being intact. Packets of course were intact, there was no tampering - I never complained of that what it seems like is its a miscommunication at your end that it will have 10 items packed inside instead just 3.

        AJIO claims of cctv footage showing no tampering, however as A CONSUMER that't not enough proof, I need them to show that they actually packed 10 items in that packet, I want footage to show it clearly that 10 items were in a packet as small as what was sent to me. AJIP can't lie and keep 3200 rupees of a customer for goods not received.

        Order number for reference is FL[protected]. I have received 7 out of 14 items of this order but the remaining 7 items, which are 4 mufti shirts and 3 cami tops, have never been delivered to me.

        Not to mention your executives over the phone seem to make false promises to customers just to get their surveys answered. Everytime I called about this - first I waited 20 mins or more to get through, then be lied to about positively receiving the missing items or being refunded for the missing items. Seems there is alot AJIO commits and so little it does.

        Their teams are not even properly investigating the issue. I have also worked in the consumer industry and with giants, but we never treat our consumers like this. It is downright insulting to be treated like how Ajio is treating me.

        It is so disappointing to have been their customer for so long, for my loyalty to you having placed numerous orders for years and being treated like this for such an issue which is clearly their fault. It is shocking for me as well as it is the first time I have experienced something like this with Ajio.

        The company keeps closing complaints saying you are not reachable, that too when they never contacted me on correct number. POOR POLICY that customer can't update their Correct contact number. When AJIO can't update my correct number, which is a simplest request a customer can have, what else do I expect of them. Please help me get my money back from them

          Hii Inspite of repeated complaints and even after talking with customer service executive they have not being able to arrange the return pickup of the tshirt and because of this the return pick up time had passed window in which the return is being done . Initially I raised exchange request EX[protected] but the delivery guy was making excuses for pick up. They always assigned the pick up agent but the agent did not turn up for the pick up . And now after talking to customer service executive they said to write the mail so even after righting the mail they are now saying that the return window is closed the delayed has been due to AJIO

            I ordered 2 puma shoes and already raised a return request. I have spoken with customer care on phone and email multiple times but they are not picking up their product back.
            I got the order on 12 th oct and on the very same day i requested a return. Please look in to the same. They have assured me that the product would be picked up but they have missed the deadlines 3 times and again they are delaying the pickup. No one is giving concrete solution. Its been now 18 days rhe product is with me and now i have to pay my credit card bill for thr product i am not using. I have sent them multiple emails and they have replied back. Please check the attached email.
            They are promising to pickup the order but they are delaying it and not picking up the order.

                  Hi, I had order one shoes and jeans worth or around ~3500. I tried returning the order. It went to some glitch and delivery pick up person didn't come. I tried calling ajio customer care 2-3 times. First nobody responded. One person cancelled the return request and asked me to replace the request. But in that option I am seeing only self ship. I again called to please make it pick up from my home. They are not responding correctly. Almost one month of harassment and still my money is stuck. Ajio certainly don't have customer care base. Please help to get my money back

                    I purchased many products in ajio sale but due to size differences of different brands I had to return some of them. but after placing the return request the pickup person is not contacting me and mentioning that the product was not ready for pickup (fake attempt was made). then i contacted ajio customer care and asked for explanation and they asked to wait for 2 days, everytime i call them they mention this same statement. Below are the order ids for the products to be returned

                    as there was no response so i raised complaints through the app to check if this would help in returning the products but this was also of no use

                    i have also attached the screenshots of calls made to ajio customer care have a look at the time spent on the call and the number of days i tried to call and resolve the issue but still no solution is being provided.

                      The return pick up was scheduled on 22Oct 2021. The Return is still pending no one has come for the no updates no reply to emails and customer care service very bad even after so many attempts no one picks up call

                      Please do some action on this immediately and complete return process and initiate my refund.

                        I ordered a shoe from ajio worth 3977.32 rupees on December 21 2020 and did online payment and without any contact or information my Product was returned and on the app it's showing refund initiated and it's been almost a year and I got no refund and when I filed complaint no response came, please help me

                            This is regarding issue which i am facing from last 10 days in return/exchange/cancel a product having order Id-FL[protected]. In brief, i have ordered two products i.e. Studio Nexx-washed slim fit Shorts worth Rs.819 and another product High Star-Washed Slim fit shorts worth Rs.779 on 12 October. One product named Studio Nexx-washed slim fit Shorts worth Rs.819 have been delivered on 20 Oct, 2021, however another product i.e. High Star-Washed Slim fit shorts worth Rs.779 has also been received. But there is some issue with the product thats why i want to make a request for return/request, but on Ajio portal, the product High Star-Washed Slim fit shorts worth Rs.779 has been in out for delivery status from last 10 days which is prompting me to do any of the action i.e. Return/Exchange on that product.

                            Thereafter, i raised a complaint with id-COM[protected] on 20 Oct, 2021 having its resolution date -27 Oct, 2021. I have called 5 times to customer care, but no solution has been provided to me. Sometimes they say your complaint is lodged in wrong section, sometimes they say we have highlighted this issue. Yesterday, i.e. on 27 Oct which was the due date for resolution of complaint, they are saying they can't do not more than that but only highlighting this issue, the backend team has to do the solution. They can't do anything more than that. They have told me to wait for another 3 working days. So overall i have to wait around 13 days to fix a small issue i.e. to make product from out of deliver status to delivered status.

                            Thereafter on 28 Oct, they closed previous complaint having id-COM[protected] with status as resolved, without resolving the issue. Now they have opened new complaint with ID COM[protected] with due date as 08 Nov, 2021. So again i have to wait another 10 days with no solution.

                            Feeling disappointed with the service.

                                  I want to return the product as the size is not correct and when returning it showed that it should be self shipped and i shipped it to the seller spending my own money and till now refund has not been done and it costed me 150 for sending the parcel to you . So hoping that there will be a resolution for this problem and looking forward for that faithfully juwahar assinar!!

                                    I placed my order on 01/10/21 and prepaid for it. Out of 6 items in my order I got 3 and remaining 3 still date haven't reached me. I have tried contacting the customer Care and mailed them even raised query in the app but everything into vain.cause the customer care peoples just ended my call.I am not Even able to cancel my order . The estimated delivery date was 15/10/21 and not reached me and its already 27/10/21.

                                        I have ordered 2 pair of shoes from Ajio site in date 11th Oct 2021, the item shipped 13th oct 2021, it showed the I'll be getting the item by 20th Oct 2021 yet I didn't received (today date 26th Oct 2021 ) .
                                        And when I chat with customer care they says the item has been shipped back to origin- RTO.

                                        The worst part is the refund process will initiate with in 7-9days and when It initiate
                                        Within next 7 days only my fund will be refunded.
