Ajio — Return request cancelled automatically

I ordered an item from ajio, it's size was smaller than I expected. I put up a return request for the very same order on 21st June 2022 but it got cancelled automatically again and i received a message "We're glad you changed your mind about returning the AJIO Product FN(order no). Do continue to shop with us. For details click (link)"

I have put up a return request again today on 28th of June 2022 and my expected return pickup is on 6th of July 2022 and on the very same date my return period for the product is going to expire after which I won't have any option to return it.

Please look into this matter urgently
