Ajio — return request is not executing and refund is not given yet | |||||
I have order 5 shirts from ajio e-commerce site and of that 2 shirts were of poor quality and different color than shown in the website. For which i have raised a return request on 1st of november 2019. Even after so many email correspondence with their customer care and many phone calls they haven't made any attempt to collect the product yet. Many miss leading false information are given by the customer care. They have not made any attempt to pick the return and refund the amount yet. I used to get sms stating that attempt is made and could not reach me, these sms are generated with clear intention to cheat the customer. After these sms i get calls from ajio telling their logistics had cancelled my return request and if i wish to return i have to raise another request which i have done and the same drama is repeated second time. I have raised a request for return 3rd time which the date they show in their app is 21st and again i will get a call stating the same thing. No one is taking responsible approach to resolve this issue. I have requested them that whether i can return the product in their showroom (Reliance trends) in my town. But which is also declined by the customer care. Their attitude and approach confirms a pre-mediated cheating. By prolonging the return pick up, the 30 days return period will be over soon and they can deny the refund thereafter. Request you to kindly do the needful in regarding this issue.
