I had ordered a set of curtains on AJIO, but have been sent the wrong design by the seller. I had raised a return request for the same the day I received the package, which was Oct 9th.
I have given AJIO all the necessary information, including a photograph of the product that was delivered. The AJIO app states that the return request would be verified by Oct 11. It is already the 12th.
I have contacted AJIO regarding the same and have not heard back from them. Neither have I received any update regarding the return request. Was this information helpful? |
