Ajio — return request rejected

I had ordered a t-shirt with order id. Fl[protected] i waited for atleast 7-8 days for the delivery and when i received i found it a little small, which i tried to return it as per the ajio policy within 6-8 hours but when the delivery boy came he rejected the pick up coz the t-shirt was with no tag and told sometimes they deliver with bill barcode only but they can’t pick up with the same code and when i too realised i checked the packet but it was only with bill. He asked to create a pick up without quality check, i mailed the ajio asap, they took 3-4 days and rejected my return request saying it is not possible to get a product without tag. When i asked to why don’t you provide a check at the time of delivery they didn’t responded any further. Ajio was very trustworthy but not anymore. Will be seeking a legal support?
