I placed an order for around rs. 4300 on 26/08/2019. It got delivered on 2/09/2019. Both of the articles looked very old and worn out. One of them even had stains. They were not worth even 200-300rs and were sold for around 1650 and 2650. I tried placing a return request but wasn't able to due to some glitch in their website. After a number of emails a return request was finally placed. I got a message on 3/09/2019 that they would be picked up that day. But late in the evening i got a message that the request had been cancelled. The same thing happened on 6/09/2019. I tried complaining about them on twitter, through emails, phone calls but to no avail. They have done the same thing to a number of customers. I was shocked to see the number of complaints about them on twitter. They are not refunding people, delivering worn out articles, not letting people return them, etc. Please take the necessary action as soon as possible.

    I had placed two orders with ajio on 6th august & 31st july with order numbers fl[protected], fl[protected]. I had placed a return request on some of the products on 6th august. The products have still not been been picked up and i keep getting alerts saying that the pick up has been rescheduled. Even after repeatedly complaining on this situation and updating phone numbers and alternate phones number. (Complain id - com[protected], com[protected], com[protected]). Even if i have not placed any reschedule request and waiting for an update from ajio team. I am getting all incorrect emails that they have been reaching me where as i have not got calls on any of the numbers registered and no attempt to pick up has been made. Its more than 20 days on this. And i don't trust that ajio is making any proper response to solve my issue. I need an immediate response on this on my number [protected].
    Ajio.com did'nt my refund amount i order 2 pairs of shoes but was too bad quaity even without price and brand tag so i return my both pairs shoe product on last 22nd aug 2019 the xpressbiss exective picked up the both products but the ajio.com company didnt send my refund amount till now

      Dear sir / madam,

      Sub: non receipt of refund amount for return id #rt14019657 and #rt14075046

      For my order no #fl[protected], i had returned 2 items, the refund amount for the same were inr 419.78 & inr 353.76 respectively. It has been quite some time, but i haven't received my refund yet!!

      I have received a credit of inr 0.01 in my bank account from ajio. They treat this like a joke

      Request you to please have me receive my refunds from ajio (www.ajio.com)

      I have cancelled one of my order due very poor quality. Asked ajio to take items back and return my money. I am not getting any response from them. I have sent them email also. Their customer care is also not responding.
      Dear AJIO, You're really pathetic online website to purchase from. I created an return of trousers RT #14465046 but has been cancelled thrice from your website. Really stupid. I were on a higher position, I will shut your shop closed or impose penalty on your for customer harrassment.

        I purchased steve madden shoes from ajio 20 days back and wanted return and started the process online. Their courier person refused to take it and even after several complaints and calls also my return was not picked and money was not refunded. They kept saying we will do and send emails but never did it!

          I purchased s size and then wanted m. I raised an exchange request and soon their delivery agent took the s, but never delivered the m product. For 10 days, i kept getting this info that it will be delivered by 25th jul, but it never got delivered. Their customer care executives do not help and just give false commitments. They close the complaint channel without resolving my issue. They are not paying me my refund even after 8 calls and hundreds of emails.

            I bought some dresses from ajio. One of the products was not good so i raised a return request on 26th August 2019 but the courier boy who came to pick the courier refuse to pick by saying that we do not accept such tags. I raised a complaint for which they are keep me assuring for more that 10 days that they will resolve the problem but till date the problem not resolved. I called customer care regarding this then they assured that a return will be done without quality check but again the same person came by saying that we do not accept the tag. I am frustrated by this by requesting again and again.

              I placed an order on 22nd july and received the products in week. I recieved one wrong product and one product i wanted to return since i didn like it. One product which i recieved wrong was picked up and the other didn't. I raised return request for both then i called customer care stating the same. Then they asked me to place return request for the other product and i did the same. It's been more than a month now but i haven't received refund for the product i wrongly received that was picked up on 4th august. And am now worried about the refund for the product that i didn like will also not be refunded to my account. This product was picked up on 27th august. Please hp me get my refund back

                Company is a total fraud. They sent a product in shabbiest condition possible without tag in response to which ai created a return request. Pickup didn't happen 1st time since there was no tag. After contacting them and explaining them their fault, i was assured of pickup without any quality check, but to knowledge this came out to be a wrong assurance. Post that, i have made 35 calls to them in past 21 days (Actually counted from my call log), to which they responded everytime but making false promises everytime, giving false dates and information. Also, i was asked to make a repeat return request 3 times within this period, to which they gave me dates of pickup. The delivery person didn't turn up for first time, and the other 2 times, he refused to take the product saying their delivery partner didn't recieve any information regarding no quality check to be done. Currently, i am on my 36th call with them, while writing this complaint here as no other option is left.in past 2 calls, i have also talked to the manager himself (Where i was compelled to shout on him this time since the magnitude of frustration is beyond imagination). Even now, i am being given dates only without any pickup actually happening. This is nothing but a scam going on since i know 4 other ppl who faced the same issue in past 2 months. These ppl tend to deliver you fake brand products, without tags. Now, post this strategy there are 2 possibilities, either the customer accepts the product to stay away from the hustle of return and all or he asks for a return to which these ppl refuse to take the product back since there is no tag, and if they are contacted again to explain them for the problem being from their side, then they just keep giving you false dates, promises, assurances, and keep delaying the procedure till the 30 days time pd is lapsed.
                So, as you all can sense, it is a scam going on from their side, kindly refrain from using ajio in future, many ppl have become victims this year. No doubt, there have been good experiences too, but then, in last 6 months, there is something very fishy going on with this company.
                So, please, kindly stay away from ajio.

                  I purchased some products from ajio.com on 11th july 2019. The payment got processed but order didn't got placed. So i requested for refund but the ajio.com denied that they received the payment and so won't be able to refund. I contacted my bank and they confirmed that the amount is successfully gone to merchant and they have claimed it. I have contacted ajio.com numerous times showing them proof by sending the bank statement and everything etc but they are not refunding it back. Please help i am really tensed as its been more than one and half months now and nobody is helping me.

                    lost my money in ajio wallet

                    I lost my money in ajio wallet and all the account details, i had raised a complaint on 5th july, from past 2 months they did not resolve my issue. I get email from ajio stating different name that is sent to my email id, this a horrible service from ajio. Fl[protected] i waited for atleast 7-8 days for the delivery and when i received i found it a little small, which i tried to return it as per the ajio policy within 6-8 hours but when the delivery boy came he rejected the pick up coz the t-shirt was with no tag and told sometimes they deliver with bill barcode only but they can’t pick up with the same code and when i too realised i checked the packet...

                      I bought some dresses from ajio. The products were not good so i returned it in self shipment. But i didn't receive the refund. It's been almost 1 month days since i returned the product but there is no refund for the product. Each ti. Each time when i call them they end up telling me to wait for few days or so. I purchased dresses of around 3000 rs. It became a big trouble for me. The refunding process is very delay

                        I have purchased couple of tshirts from ajio online website.
                        I have return 2 ladies tshirts due to size mismatch.
                        I haven't got refund of it though i have returned long ago. Soon after returning i have called up customer care and they said they will initiate the refund but they didn't do so. I kept calling and raising the complaints every now and then they couldn't help me with any thing but sorry for the inconvenience statement.
                        I am attaching the screen shot here.
                        Please help me this is my hard earned money.
                        I have returned 322 and 241 rs ladies top for which they didn't refund me.

                          I brought a super dry bagpack as there was an offer of 10% cb in hdfc which i got and 10 % or 15 % i dont remember in ajio wallet which i never received. I got a call post complaining, that once i upgrade my app i will get the credit & lower version of the app was reasons for not getting an automatic credit. Post updating it i receive an email irrespective i won't get the credit as while placing the order it was a lower version. This to my mind is strange as there was no such disclaimer.. It's highly unfair to customers and one should not promote offers on lower version if so is the case... Request your assistance with appropriate credit

                            I ordered shoes (Vans) worth 4k and they came in a different box which was completely tampered and didn’t belong to the company of the shoes and had the tag cut off. The shoes were completely different from the colour on the ajio app i complained about this on call with customer service and they are always delaying the pickup and giving a new reason every time its been almost a month now and the shoes haven’t been picked up

                              I have made a online payment of hssc clerk adv5 2019 through paytm upi on 1 aug 2019, 1:45 am through billdesk, but the fees on hssc website shows unpaid and no confirmation i have been received from [protected]@hdfcbank. The payment has been deducted from my maharashtra bank account. Now please refund the said amount in my account.

                                I had a red tape shoe delivered to me vide order no. Fl86905830 on the 24th jul'19, however the product delivered to me was not of the size ordered and hence i raised an exchange request for the desired size. The delivery/pick-up boy checked the product and said the tag is missing and i explained that it was delivered to me without the tag and hence it is not my fault. He refused to pick up and hence i raised a complaint with ajio customer care on 24th jul'19 and also shared the images. But post that, there has been only assurances from the ajio customer care helpdesk and no action on my exchange request despite several calls and emails made by me.

                                  I placed an order online thruough the ajio app for 2 clothing pieces - 1 top and another tunic kurta for which the order id # ex[protected] total amt rs 673.50. I registered my first complaint for this in may 2019 and post that followed up several times on the issue. There was no resolution from ajio on the same they kept deflecting the matter saying “oh product hasnt reached warehouse, technical issues, our systems doesnt allow us to do manual pickup etc etc” a whole lot of # given. And each time it was me calling them up. The customer service people always said oh we will solve the matter and call you back, our seniors are working in it we will resolve this and get back to u by etc dates given multiple times! But not a single call back came through. The app is not fit and equipped to solve customer problems and running such a big ecommerce site it is just cheating its customers and retained their money by no refund no response and just getting people stuck in their big scamming online shopping site.

                                  I would like to register a complaint against this online company for cheating and fraudulent sale of wrong products and not solving the issues within stipulated timelines.in which course iv had to be paying several call charges made to them and being on longggg holds call almost being on for 20..40 mins just waiting for a solution.

                                  Disgusting plz ensure there is a strict action taken against them.

                                    I had placed an order with ajio.com on 29 may 2019 & the product was "nike - nike fly by low ii panelled lace-up sports shoes" (Order id fl[protected]). Due unfit size and product tags were not found in the box (I don't know if it’s the original product), i placed an exchange order the same day for a bigger size as and when i got the product, i, e., on 30th of may.
                                    It’s been almost 2 months days since i raised a complaint with ajio.com and there is no proper response from them either. Every time i make phone call ajio customer care service, they just advise me to wait for another 3 to 5 days and the product will be exchanged. I had called them 10 -12 times till date, just to follow up on whether there will an exchange made or not. Each time i make a phone call, they end up telling me to wait for another 3 day or so.

                                    I had paid 3500 for this product and ajio.com is not concerned about the customer and what should i do with a product that’s of no use to me. All i want is to either get this product exchanged or returned with my money refunded.
