Hi,
I have placed an order and alter placed return request. Despite waiting for several days it was not picked up later I have raised a complaint regarding the same but they asked me to self ship it. I have self shipped it through DTDC and even shared the tracking Id with pictures of the product to their email I’d. After few days it says the receiver denied to take the package and now it is returned back to me. The product is unused and are with proper tags. The going on almost since 1 and half month.
Please try to get this resolved.
