Ajio — stupid company and not keeping up with their promise

Ordered 4 items from them which they sent through xpressbees (Another fraud company for whoom i have already raised complaint) but the items were never delivered and were being sent back coz of their stupid courier company, i spoke to them on phone to ask them to intervene and get those parcels delivered instead of cancelling them as i used my coupon deal and got a discount code and those items were out of stock now, but their staff was so unhelpful and were infact laughing at me and when i insisted to speak to their supervisor, they connected me with guy called pradeep but even he made false promises and told me that he will send mails to courier company and would get back to me but he never did...
