Ajio — wedges heel criss cross band.

I ordered a wedges from ajio which was bigger in size and also one of the left leg was defective(criss cross band was loose)
I asked customer care and put it for exchange within few fast delivery service I got the new product of perfect size but with same defect in this wedge also the left criss cross band was loose and the right foot was perfect. I liked the wedge but the only problem was with band having two different size in different foot. I asked customer care regarding substitute instead of helping me out with the defect in the shoe they asked me to put it for return which was not the right choice from my side. They kept on telling me this one thing and while talking to me I guess she meant to his senior “sir maan hi nahi ri ye”. I got pissed off because I called to get certain solution other than returning because I called her with the purpose to know something more option which is not there in the app. On that also I decided to put it for return and thought that if this time I won’t get proper service I ll make a complaint against them. Yesterday I put it for return and Yesterday only guy came to picked up the product. I got a message that money will be getting into my ajio wallet after quality check. it’s been one day I decided to ask for the date so that I can place an order but they didn’t mention I wrote a mail on which they replied that they ll be getting it done by 2 jan 2019 as a *store credit* in my wallet. This I found to be offensive because they gave me the policy of return where is my complaint and cause regarding the product of defect. And, they expect me to wait till 2 jan to get the money into my ajio wallet. I have this issue also that they are not concern about my reason of complaint but more concern about Hiding my concern.
