I had ordered EX[protected] on March 1 and delivered on 13 March. I ordered a kurta pant set but received a 3 year old baby girl's dress. I raised a return request stating that a wrong product has been delivered and uploaded the picture of the received item. The courier guy came on 26th and refused to take saying it is not mentioned for him that he has to pick up a wrong product and that ajio will charge him if he picks it up. He cancelled the pick up. I called ajio customer care and spoke about this, spent another 30 minutes and that person said he will resolve the issue. Again I called the customer service and spent another 30 min on it. She tells me that the return request was cancelled after 3 attempts. When I asked why it was cancelled she says it was because the picture I uploaded was not correct. So ajio and the delivery guy decided that my picture was wrong and cancelled it without even calling and asking for another picture or anything. I have spent good money, time and effort on a product that I have not received and received a product that I can neither use not return! What can a customer do?
