Unprofessional from and team. Returning the product is cancelled since multiple attempts are made. Neither I got my refund amount back, nor product. there support making excuses that I to connect with bank I checked not a single penny received.

    Sorry you cant place a new order

    Recently i purchased 2 items ane returned it. Ajio gave me my money back in ajio wallet. Now if i go to cart and purchase it shows sorry you can’t place a new order.

    Money stuck in ajio waller

    I placed an order from ajio and because of fit/size issue, I returned the order, I got the refund amount in my ajio wallet, but I am not able to use that amount as they blocked my account. I am also not able to transfer the amount.

    I tried reaching Ajio support so many times, but they are neither unblocking the account nor transferring the amount....

    I am writing to address Order ID FN[protected], concerning the two XXL-sized kurta sets I recently received. As a regular shopper on Ajio, I typically find this size suitable; however, neither of the items from this order fits me properly, as they are too tight.

    Unfortunately, I couldn't find a larger size available for exchange on the website. Therefore, I contacted customer care seeking an alternative solution. However, I was informed that no alternatives were available, and neither a refund nor a credit for future purchases could be provided.

    As these two kurta sets are unusable for me due to their fit, I urge Ajio to reconsider its policy. It is unfair to compel customers to keep items that do not fit and offer no refund or assistance. I kindly request your assistance in either processing a refund or providing a credit that I can use to purchase other well-fitting items from Ajio.

      Ajio Unable to place new order

      I had ordered a shoes last week and since the size didn't fit well I returned the shoes. After returning I received the refund in my account but since then I have been unable to place a new order. I even tried adding stuff in my bag but when I click on the icon it shows.         Wrong item shipped but not getting response

        I had ordered EX[protected] on March 1 and delivered on 13 March. I ordered a kurta pant set but received a 3 year old baby girl's dress. I raised a return request stating that a wrong product has been delivered and uploaded the picture of the received item. The courier guy came on 26th and refused to take saying it is not mentioned for him that he has to pick up a wrong product and that ajio will charge him if he picks it up. He cancelled...

        I ordered the kurta with full payment of Rs. 1426. In return I got a cheap product which is not even worth Rs. 200.
        I am a genuine customer of ajio, apart from this I did ordered many products and received it properly. Please check the same and refund the amount by taking the wrong product.

          I have ordered a anarkali dress and a saree,
          The product tag was not available when it was ordered.
          Quality of the product is not good so i would like to return it but the delivery person is not picking as the product does not contain it's tag.
          Please do the needful as soon as possible even i tried to call to the customer care but I did not get a proper response from them.

            Am Khushi Singh.
            I ordered a Fusionic Embellished Lehenga from Ajio on 15 January (Order Id - FL[protected]).
            My order arrived on 20 Jan but i didn't like the quality of it so i decided to return it and get refund for my order. I chose bank transfer and provided my Account No. for the same.
            I got a message regarding the initiation of refund on 29 January but till date i have not received my refund of Rs 3.312. This is not a small amount which i can just let go.
            I have even asked the customer care executive to provide me the phone no. of vendor so that i can directly contact them but they denied by saying that they don't keep the vendor's phone number.
            I have called several times on customer care and sent them emails, sent my bank statements but still there is no action taken and all i get to hear is "kindly send your bank statement again".

            I really want you to look into this matter and help me out. It will be your great kindness.

              EAN mismatch for exchange order

              I initiated an exchange request for a product that I had ordered in XL size to be replaced with L size. When the delivery guy came for the exchange, he refused to give the L size product because the XL product that I had was giving him EAN mismatch issue when he scanned it.                     But when we open and seen its only 1 Inside.
                    I given complent but no body solved
                    And I receive SMS given below

                      I have ordered 3 items on March 3 2024.
                      One is Net play pack of 2 solid vests of size L. But I received size S. I need to exchange or return. I tried exchange option. Since L size is not available i couldnt do that. Then i tried Return option but it is not available. Then i tried to contact them using the number provided in website but call is not connecting

                          I placed an order for two culottes from AJIO of sep 8 2023, Friday. I received the conformation mail also. On the delivery day When I received the package there was only one item. Seeing that, I emailed AJIO customer care. They replied asking for image as proof. And I did sent the image. But unexpectedly, They responded saying the package was intact when it was sent for delivery so it is not their problem. and later they closed the complaint. I was really furious. Later again I emailed them asking for the proof image that they are claiming they have and was in perfect condition. but for that also they said just the same like the package as intact!!! no image or proof was shared with me!! and they again cancelled the complaint!! When I emailed again, They called me one day and said the that they package was intact and we are closing the complaint. But How?? I mean I didn't get any proof of the package. Why can't a consumer get to see the proof???? they don't even bother to ask us before closing the complaint. The issue is still not resolved. They are just blocking me. How can this be done??? they are the service providers and is this how they treat the customers??? Even after mutiple mails they just kept giving same reason. How insane. Its lose of my time, money and unwanted mental disturbance. How can they insult us like this?? AJIO being such a big company how can they be so irresponsible??

                          I have attached the images of parcel received and the screen shot of the email correspondence.
                          As I kept saying them, I need my money back.

                          I recently got a call saying they will send a mail on receiving the re-fund. but the mails never came. I doubt that even is a legit call.

                            I purchased campus shoes online thorugh ajio on 29th jan 2024 and delivered to me on 3rd feb. I used that product specifically from 14th to 18th in my vacation but the quality of the product was not good. Within a week pasting started coming off. I purchased the shoes as they claim quality assurance 100% but definately the claim is false and misleading.
