I had placed an order for below mentioned 2 products vide order number FN[protected] on 17 Sep 2023 and received incorrect items on 21 Sep 2023 against this order. I immediately upon unpacking placed a return order vide order no. RT[protected] mentioned that the items are wrong and do not match the items ordered from the app along with photo proofs. This return request status was put on hold for verification and was rejected stating that the backend team has investigated the matter and has confirmed that correct products were delivered. I has shared proof of incorrect items, all the tags are intact but still there is no resolution from AJIO customer care and they are sending same resolution again and again. The items are worth approx. 4000 INR and the items are of no use to me at all.
I have attached the screenshot of the product ordered from the website and the actual product received. The tags are still attached and intact and clearly mentioned Reliance Retail i.e. Ajio but still the AJIO team is denying their mistake.
Request to take stern action for this undue harassment.
