I need to raise a complaint against an order which i have placed in online shopping application : ajio on 15/09/2018 order no: fl80412769 worth of rupees 2, 803.3 below are the details.

I shopped a product of 2items. Men clothing in the brand name flying machine jeans pant and a spykar casual shirt. What product i received is different from what i ordered. I received is unbranded clothes. Also those were in used condition so i immediately returned the product which i received originally by the courier partner named delhivery,
Regarding this i have talked to ajio customer care executives too many times, some executives said the promise of refund and some were saying the amount will not refund. I have also talked to seniors/supervisors they are also not ready to refund my money. Because those are non ajio products and some investigations have done by our team, they are explaining the investigation structure end to end cc tv survivalence every hub of transit there will be a cc tv check and product weights will be checked and those all are clear with ajio so we couldn’t process your refund, finally ajio have decided to not refund it seems. But i challenge this issue/investigation of ajio, there is no cc cameras in our place (K r nagar) delhivery courier office. But ajio is telling end to end cc tv’s are there. And there might be product malpractice have been done or on the time of delivery it may have been done and i don’t know other informations than this. They are insisting me to move with legal aspects i do not have much time to go with hassle, i promise and declarate the wrong product which i received is returned to ajio. I request the consumer help line grievance team to please re open this issue and please do need full for me i need my complete amount to be refunded.

I had ordered a pink colour sleeveless kurta from the brand Avaasa in size S as shown in the screenshot. But I received an entirely different product. What I received is a peach full sleeve kurta in size L from the same brand. I want a replacement of my product at the earliest.

My product delivered at wrong address and now message i get that order has.been delivered. And i want my money back
