I had raised one order #fl83065823 on 21st-oct-2018.

My son, he is 5 years old i had ordered 6-7 years old age range product for the comfortable fit but there was 2 of the products (1. Stripped shirt with patch pocket 2. Checked shirt with flap pockets) where size not comfortable as the other (Rest of the shirts) sizes are very much comfortable.

So i tried to exchange the product for the first time with the bigger size but again one more disappointment was there, according to the executive exchange for kids cloths are not available as per policies.

But on policies page, according to ajio itself no where is written that kids fashion apparels can not be exchanged. I am attaching the screens for your reference.

I dont need any clarification about your policies why nothing is mentioned. Here i need these two things to be exchanged with the bigger size (7-8 years) only. Stock was there. I write one email with them as well. Noone is responding on that email too..

    Sir/mam, i ordered a clarks formal men shoes from ajio. I got wrong size so i made exchange to that shoes.in exchange i got fake shoes which is not even copy of that shoes. I have made complaint many times to ajio. They are saying they can do nothing with this and giving excuse they got non ajio product in return. Order no. Is — ex01194026.
    I am a student and 2800/-is a hige amount for me. I want fair investigation with this and resolution.

      Ordered 4 items from them which they sent through xpressbees (Another fraud company for whoom i have already raised complaint) but the items were never delivered and were being sent back coz of their stupid courier company, i spoke to them on phone to ask them to intervene and get those parcels delivered instead of cancelling them as i used my coupon deal and got a discount code and those items were out of stock now, but their staff was so unhelpful and were infact laughing at me and when i insisted to speak to their supervisor, they connected me with guy called pradeep but even he made false promises and told me that he will send mails to courier company and would get back to me but he never did... Pathetic company.. No regards for their customers and their promises.. Order no - fl84815241

        Dear Team,

        I am writing this mail to you so that you will know what was happened to me in last 4 days.

        I have order u.s polo slim fit shirt first time on ajio with order Id-FL85034701. In the order tracking after confirmation it was written your order will be ship before 22nd October 2018. But after calling your customer care again and again they have no clue why my order was not shipped. They were saying me on call if you want you can cancel the order, if you want please audit the call records. I said your promise date has been gone when I will get my order so they said we need to two more days.

        I have order same from amazon on same date 20th October and all my order got delivered and your services are worst.
        I will not recommend anyone to ajio and write my experience on twitter and social media handle about ajio worst experience.

        I have cancelled my order from your site as there is no value to customer, fake commitment of dates and you guys have not even compensated anything if the delay is from your end. Your competitors are way ahead they compensated me extra discount or cash back if same thing happen to me through there site.

        Worst site no value for customers worst customer service

        I had purchased a pair of footwear in oct 2016 which is was not as shown is picture and i had decided to return and returned within 3 days. till now it is more then 2 yrs and i am waiting for my refund. complaint many times but AJIO is not really interested to resolved their customer's problem.           This complain is regarding my order which i placed on 26th september 2018 for 7 items after ordering i immediately cancelled it. And now its been more then 15 days my refund has not been initiated to me by ajio online shopping website. And inspite of my regular follow up my refund is not been initiated to me. And there is poor services which they provide as there employees dont give us proper feed back. Now help me with my refund and i also need compensation from ajio. This my request that this complain should be taken in a higher priority.

            Placed an order on 7th september informed will be delivered on 11sep still no tracking details. From 11th september the customer service informs me will get back within 48 hours however no update. It's been 11 days and still unaware where the shipment is. I'm requesting for refund no reply on that. Complaint com[protected].
            I also got a call from supervisor who informed will call back however no reply.

              AJIO Order with ID: FL[protected] Ordered on May 26th, 2018

              Order Delivered on June 2nd, 2018.

              I placed an order for 6 AJIO Branded Shirts, from "www.ajio.com"

              I received delivery in a completely damaged Cardboard Box. As soon as I received this damaged and partially opened box, I contacted AJIO Customer Care and raised a complaint stating that I have received a completely damaged box and it's partially opened. And also I said that I am not accepting the delivery as I fear if any items from the box is missing. I could see that External Tapes were used on the Box other than AJIO Branded Tapes. It was visible that the Box had been opened during the Transit.

              The Female Executive I spoke to confirmed to me that "I can accept the delivery and if any items missing from the box, they will surely refund me or send it again to me"

              After delivery when I opened the box, there were only 4 Shirts out of 6 Shirts ordered, as expected.

              2 Shirts were missing in the Box. I registered a complaint with Ajio with Complaint number COM02311242.

              Finally, after calling and following up with AJIO Customer care for more than a month, they finally send me Email, stating that "ALL ITEMS WERE DELIVERED IN INTACT CONDITION". I was shocked to see this e-mail and contacted customer care again. They say that they are helpless and transfer the call to Supervisor. Later the supervisor also says that they are helpless and transfer the complaint to the Grievance Team. In the End, the Grievance Team also confirms that "ALL ITEMS WERE DELIVERED IN INTACT CONDITION".

              Ajio Customer Care team makes us feel Helpless, as they are very aware that I as a consumer is not able to do anything or not able to prove my side. They say they have proof that "ALL ITEMS WERE DELIVERED IN INTACT CONDITION", but I repeatedly told them that I received damaged BOX, but they do not accept and Hang up the Line

              Kindly help to get my refund.

                I have requested a refund for a product that i have returned due to size problem

                Bt after sending several emails they are just saying that it will take time
                I'm fed up of their excuses
                They are seriously pathetic
                Worst customer service i have ever seen
                Now i can't wait more
                I just want my money back

                  The material was good
                  I returned it back due to size problem
                  Company told me whenever product will be picked up they will refund me on or before 12th september
                  Pick has been done
                  They r not returning my money
                  N whenever i email the customer service they say we have raised a complaint
                  Never got this type of service
                  Other companies have a better service than this

                    This is with regards to the Order:FL74374493 which I had placed using Store credits of 799 and net banking of 300. The order was processed, however, on delivery I was asked to provide 800 to the delivery guy stating that the store credits weren't added. On calling customer service, they questioned me instead and accused me of not using store credits.

                    Well, here's the thing, my order was processed which wouldn't have happened if the complete amount wasn't paid for. The app shows paid in complete too.
                    However, the only resolution I was given was that I need to pay up and then redeem the 799 later/get it transferred to my account.

                    Secondly, the larger issue here is that I the supervisor who received my call on escalation was rude and upon asking for an email on the details of what happened, refused right away and said that she would just provide an alternative in the email. She refused to inform in the email that Ajio did not credit the store credit to my order and put the blame on me. Following is her email:

                    :"Hi Bidu,

                    Based on our telephonic conversation. Unfortunately, we will not be able to adjust Store credits against the Order ID: FL74374493. As we don’t have an option to modify payment once the order is confirmed.

                    Having said that AJIO Store credits has lifetime validity which you can use in your future purchase or you can also transfer the amount in your Bank A/C. Inconvenience regretted.

                    And you had last conversation with champ Mona H.

                    You can always give us a buzz or shoot an email for any other questions.

                    I orderd a superdry full sleeve grey Tshirst but they sent me a superdry half sleeves white T-shirt.. They cheat on customers as they show a product after order they sent a different product... I 'm not satisfy with ajio sir please kindly take action against the ajio...

                      I had placed an order on 14th of august 2018.
                      Due to their own internal error on the ajio app, order didnt get placed but my amount got debited from my account.
                      Now they are refusing to refund it and giving me the whole responsibility of their mistake and telling me to communicate with the bank.
                      This is so unprofessional and frustrating.
                      It has been the worst experience shopping there.
                      I need refund from you asap.

                        I haven’t seen such a terrible service before by any of the well renowned online sellers. The worst service provider ever ia "ajio".

                        I purchased a jeans which is a unfit for me and hence i wanted to return it back. I placed a returned request immediately on next date and since then no one is coming to pick the product back.

                        I am continuously calling the customer care executives but they are giving me unrealistic...

                        I had returned the product to the ajio (Online shopping site) but did not get refund. I have raised complaint many times and exchange mails about this, they replied, they have initiated but i never got my money in my account. They asked for my statement 2 to 3 times after interval of 20 to 25 days so i shared with them my statement. I had raised complaint regarding this in my bank also as ajio suggested, my bank replied their is fault from ajio side. I told with ajio but they just do not want to return my money and saying same thing. It's being two months now but still the condition is same, i haven't received my money back.

                          New way of looting customers... I ordered 4 items for which 200 credits were used. But when i returned one item they debited my 200 rs and added to ajio credits which is not right.. So i was supposed to get a refund of 428 but i got only 228. So 428-200 =228. Why should the credits be applicable only on returned item it should be divided equally among 4 purchases... So i lost 200rs.. And they cant even give proper justification... I dont want any store credits... I need the same refund as it was debited from my bank account.. Frauds never buy from here..
                          I spend approx 1712 for this particular order as per the receipt which was debited from my bank account
                          1. Off-shoulder shirt with overlay panel-428.67
                          2. Heeled sandals with criss cross straps 461.67
                          3. Denim dress with belt 593.67
                          4. Sweatshirt with lace-up detail dress 428.67
                          The above calculated amount comes to 1912 from this 200 credits were deducted and so i had to pay 1712. But while refunding why only 228. So 4 items for 1912-200 =1712 so one item refunded of amount 428.67 why 200 it should be 50 credits per item.. So you should have credited[protected] to my bank account. Please refund my money.

                            Haven’t seen such a useless app and such horrible executives. The worst service provided by any app. My order number is ID 02577170. I returned a pair of pants on 15th July. The pants had been collected but the refund has still not been generated even after 20 days of constantly calling the customer care. The last date I got for the refund was 1st August and today on the 6th when I called them they still said we will look into the matter. I apologise for using the worst app in this world. Would should be done now?? When am I getting my refund???
                            I have requested for.return of 6 products and returned them as requested. The field executive quality checked the products and then packed them and left however the company claims that they received wrong products nd now have stopped my refund. This is unacceptable. I want my refund.

                              Dear team/ Friends,
                              On Dated 22nd May 2018, I have ordered two shoes 1)Sparx Printed-Mesh-Lace-up Sports shoes [Rs 1, 649.00) 2] Red Chief low-top-lace-up casual shoes [Rs 3, 995.00] from AJIO online app and on dated 25 May 2018, Ajio delivered me one consignments box which having order id FL55742497 and its delivered through Blue-dart courier service (shipment id is[protected] and Blue dart tracking id is [protected]).
                              When I received the box, It was totally sealed packed from AJIO'S sealed. and when I unpacked the consignment box, I found inside only one pair of shoes i.e.. Red Chief low-top-lace-up casual shoes and Sparx Printed-Mesh-Lace-up Sports shoes was missing. This box not having so much dimension and space that it contains two pairs of shoes.
                              I have raised complaints 4 times with Ajio's customer care [COM02246429, COM02257075, COM02310862, COM02332792] But they are not solving my issue and telling that Ajio has sent two shoes this is your lookout if it is missing anywhere. But they are not taking responsibility they are clearly lying and giving silly excuses and unreal explanations. They are saying that, they have packed two pair of shoes in one consignment box but there is not enough space to pack two pairs of shoes. I have attached one pics of consignment box that will explain how one pair of shoes itself consumes more than 90% in Ajio's box and how Ajio is lying with me.
                              Really I am very suffered mentally and financially from Ajio's service, Ajio's costumer care and senior officer (Mr. Pradeep Kashyap )is irresponsible and not well mannered. They will never listen to you, they will illogical arguing and fighting on call with you and. I already trapped by their attractive advertisements but then i realize if You will compare same product with other reputed online seller like Flip kart, Myntra and Amazon then you comes to know there is nothing much difference in prize and Ajio is not secure and trusty shopping hub. Please suggest me friends where to complaint and how i can compensate my loss from Ajio.

                              I had ordered one jacket worth 3566.46 and a waist coat worth 797.84 and i was charged a total of 4364. After i cancelled the order, i got a refund of only Rs 797 and It says on the app that return was initiated for the jacket priced 3566.46 on 17th december 2020 but its been more than 3 months i havent got my money back. Kindly help

                                I have ordered 3 t-shirts and 1 shirt from Ajio.com. The have placed on 1/7/2018.My order id is FL62126997 There was a All over print shirt which i ordered a with them.I don't like the fit so i want to return and within a hour i have raised a return complaint against the shirt.and next day the delivery boy come and said ...bhaiya there is no tag in it and i can't take it right now...at that point of time ..i have noticed that there is no tag...and he said ..this thing happen many time..so please raise a complain...they will give me instruction ..and then i will take it..that's what the delivery boy said...Now after talking to Ajio thru call and mail..they are not accepting my return...i am talking to them since last 15 days...and still they are not taking the complain seriously...the shirt price is 1800...and i have no interest keeping that shirt...they are not understanding that ...what i will do with that tag...i have raised that complain within a hour after receiving it..and next day the delivery boy came..its not like after 20 days after wearing i am complaining about it...i know that i have received any tag with the shirt...that's why i am complaining about them..there is no fault of mine..they are saying that they have checked there cctv footage and ...and found that there is a tag in it...and i am asking them to send me the cctv footage...so they are saying ..sorry we can't do this...at last i want to tell.. there is no fault of mine...i have not received and tag with the shirt...i want you to solve this problem as soon as possible.

                                  I have ordered jeans online through ajio on 8june 2018. Initially i made order prepaid but when i get back to order details in ajio app payment unsuccessful was written over there. But payment was done and money was debited from my account. When i contacted to customer service they told that they have received payment and payment will be credited back till 12june. Today on 16 june i received a mail regarding the same and they said that money is not received by them. But i have the statement of my paytm account stated that amount has been paid for the particular order id.
                                  Afer taking to customer care executive on 8 june i decided to make the same order cod (Cash on delivery). So i have paid twice for the same order.
                                  Ajio says that they have not received payment. I m attaching screenshot of the payment details having stated that i have paid cod and prepaid on the same order id fl59193418

                                    I ordered a plazzo and kurta and I did not receive right product and the order which I received is defected. I raised a complaint regarding this but I am not getting any resolution from customer care . it's been almost 2 weeks and I am only getting messages that attempt was unsuccessful. Also every time when I call customer care they hung up on me .
