I have place a order id fl [protected] on 6th of June, out of which only 1 item was delivered to me on 8th of June and in proper shape . after that the experience was disaster, one of my product got cancelled without any information and when i called up for it they are informing that it does not show it in their system and the matter will be resolved, which obviously they didn't and after 2 days they are informing that my product is being cancelled .secondly, I have received a wrong product for which i have raised a complain on 13th of June and there has been no update on that till the next time I have called after which they have raised a exchange order, still now I have not received my right product.
thirdly, yesterday one of the other exchange order was supposed to be delivered, however they didnt and neither did anyone call. however when i checked in the app, it said that they knocked and called and no one responded, I have not received any call from anyone for delivery . the worst part is no one addresses the complain . this was my first order from ajio and i cannot believe the services that they have provided . The first supervisor's name was kadambari who raised a complain and did nothing about it, later i have spoken to a handful of advisers who just repeat the same thing everytime and if i dont receive any feedback regarding this, i will raise drag this to social media and consumer court.
