Ajnara India — flat delivery and penalty - ajnara homes f403

This is reference to ajnara homes f-403. I booked this flat in may 2010 and possession date in allotment letter was jan 2013. I am still struggling to get possession. Imo understand there was delay due to court case but that was settled long back. But now i am facing this issue and need your support.

I made all the construction linked payments as soon as i got demand letters. All payments except club/pratikar and stamp duty was paid by december 2016 based on demands. Still the construction was not completed. After lot of follow up construction was completed in may 2017 to a point to discussion about possession. Now i paid all other dues but i am being asked about interest of rs 32800 for delay payment on demand in 2010/11. That demand even did not reach me. It was going to loan bank lichfl directly and i was not in loop. I tried to get this sorted with deepak but seems that did not help. I am being paid delay possession penalty only till oct 2016 where as you can see the construction was done in may 2017. I can pay interest if i get penalty till may 2017.

Below is email communication and now no one is responding my email. Worst customer service i have ever faced.

Tried to reach you multiple times on phone but never got response. Request you to please respond in my query/concern so that we can close this and i can get the possession.

When talked to nanak, seems he got requests for many flats together and not able to prioritize properly. It's been almost two and half months after making the payment. I am not sure how this delay will be adjusted in payment calculation.
