We have replied passenger on his registered mail id stating that standard cancellation charge of the airline will be applicable in the case of cancellation but since passenger have opted for refund protection insurance on our website, If he wish to apply for a refund request you can click on the link below which will direct you to the website of refund protection.

If the reason for cancellation meets general conditions passenger will be eligible for full refund, in case the reason for refund does not meet general conditions refund will be processed as per airline fare rules.

Request you to confirm if you want to proceed with cancellation of the booking as you can only fill the refund form once the booking is cancelled from our end.
