[Resolved] Akbar Travels — high cancellation charge - almost full amount | |||||
Dear sir, I have booked two tickets (Booking reference number at[protected] On 22nd january 2017 from kolkata to bengaluru from jet airways through akbar travels. Now, i want to change the date to 9th february 2018 from 22nd january 2018. I have mailed akbar travels. They replied rescheduling cannot be done. So, i want to cancel the tickets they replied me that they will refund rs90 per person. I have booked the ticket at rs.6023/-, they will refund rs.180/ only. Cancellation charge is rs.5843/. Verified Support Jan 19, 2018 Akbar Travels Customer Care's response As per the above query raised for Akbar Travels booking references number AT[protected] we had replied to passenger on mail saying that as per his ticket fare rule, ticket is almost non refundable in case of cancellation as complete amount is forfeited by the airlines if ticket is cancelled and after deducting Akbar Travels service fee of INR 300/- per person, refundable amount will be INR 90/- per person and we have not received any reply from the passenger on our mail.Regards, B2C Customer Support Team. | |||||
