Akbar Travels — US Visa assistance

(Every single detail mentioned here is basis my email communication with Akbar Travels)
Was told on 25 Oct 21 that I could apply for US Visa through them and they took all details including Passport pics, travel history page pics and by 26th Oct asked me to pay Rs. 14500 x 3 = 43500 including Visa fees and there fees. Same was paid on 26 Oct 2021.
The time commitment smartly was given 5 days from the date of interview, just by hiding the fact that consulates are still shut o[censored]S and there is indefinite waiting for interviews.
Payments made and agony started. people stopped responding to mails and took eternity to come on calls. after a heavy followup finally I got them actually fill my application and thenafter did a constant check myself to get myself appointment. Finally I got an appointment for July 2023 (through my own efforts) and now again dependent on Akbar Travels to get a copy of DS160 since they have entered my details basis their fancies and I cannot login.
The people don't want to respond mails and gets pissed when I call.
The temperament of people changed a minute after I made payments and where the people on other side were sounding humble and educated, suddenly turned to street vendors behaviour. (Don't believe me, call them yourself to listen to fake accent (quite evident) arrogance in English.

I don't need my money back, neither I need any assistance from them. I just my DS160 forms/Asnwers to Login security questions for my profile, so I could handle things on my own.

So far, I have below responses for request of filled copy of DS160.
1. I will login to your account and revert.
2. I will ask my manager to call you and help you.
3. Superiors are busy in meetings and will call you when they get time.

Be extra cautious while dealing with them.
