I have purchased BPL 127(50 Inches) Vivid BPL 127F2010J Full HD LED TV on 21.01.2018 from amazon.in (online shopping website) with a amount of Rs.29, 990. The Tv was working properly but suddenly it has stopped working ( No Power, No Display, No Sound). I registered Complaint to a respective company but there is no response but there is no response till yet and my tv in under warranty period. The Complaint is: 1810H[protected]. Few days back I ordered Nokia 5.1 plus from flipkart.but i am not happy with the performance of the phone, colour calibration is worst, skin tones are quite hideous.i want a refund and flipkart guys say that they have only a replacement policy.
