Bought a brand new onida 43" tv through flipkart on 2nd april 2018. After 3 months in 3rd july we found display is not working properly and raised a complaint with both onida and flipkart on 12th july 2018. Flipkart replied as they can't do anything after 15 days of replacement period so asked us to check with onida, the service executive from onida visited after 2 days on 14th july and checked the tv and informed us that the display got repaired and needs to replace. We were asking how come in 3 month of time such issues will happen, there is no response from him. But today august 15th still there is no response from the service team, even if we call n ask about the status their response is like they don't have the spare so once it arrives they will come n fix. For more than 45 days we were sitting idle without watching tv after paying 28k bucks for this. How come a product will be sold without spare availability.

Policy purchase on 16/07/2018, now i want to withdraw this policy want refund, but hdfc denying to refund the same.

I have purchase HDFC policy on 16/07/2018, as per policy with one month i have to withdraw the policy. but the original bond on 25/08/2018. somehow payment have made thru online. with one goverance body authority of insurance. I want to withdraw my above policy. kindly guide me in this regard. my mail id is santha67@rediffmail.com
