Akosha.com — regarding annual fees for unwanted cars

Bajaj finserve company has taken fee of non uses 0% emi card they have given this card and now they are cut the annual fees of rs.117 from user account if anyone can not want to use card why they collect this type of fee from need people. It is not necessary that every year anyone can buy electronics product more than 5000 rs. Amount i have blocked my card but sir please do needful for return of charge rs.117 from my sbi account my account number is [protected]. My customer id 8079988 and 8080114.
