Ifb washing machine purchased on[protected] as per order no;[protected] Thru indiatimes on line under ifb warranty for 4 years then onwards under contiuous amc duly renewed every 2 years a nd last amc was valid from [protected] to[protected] vide icr no;[protected] for rs.6900/- thru ifb agent ss enterprises arcot, vellore district tamil nadu. Mobile no;[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected]/[protected] The said machine sr no:[protected] & a/c n0: 2568348. This washing machine was down on[protected] & complaint no:[protected] on[protected] after having several efforts. Yet no service extended by ifb nor by their agents. Finally ifb engineer urging me to buy another ifb washing machine On exchange basis @ 30% discount without making any personal visit of their service person as such negligent service just over phone was their amc Service. Such code of ethics to be accepted by indian customer like me who is retired iaf & indian bank as manager on[protected]. Request necessary remedial action from your end at once please.
