The said machine sr no:[protected] & a/c n0: 2568348. This washing machine was down on[protected] & complaint no:[protected] on[protected] after having several efforts. Yet no service extended by ifb nor by their agents. Finally ifb engineer urging me to buy another ifb washing machine
On exchange basis @ 30% discount without making any personal visit of their service person as such negligent service just over phone was their amc
