I purchased a lace front wig.. The wig wasn't what i expected it was too thin and too short. I spoke with nana lots of time to resolve this, she forward me to her manager and we texted and talk to each other. To send this wig back for a replacement or refund will cost me 47.00 and i paid 95.00 for the wig. So to make a long story short we had come up with a way to resolve this. But i haven't heard from them again. I was asked numerous times not to give the company a bad review... Well i lost money on something i can't use...
