I ordered 7x"10pcs new model keychain mini compass rudder key chains jewelry sports trinket helm key ring" on 2/18/18. I received the items on 3/13/18. Some of the compass were operational but not all. I asked to return the items for a refund. Seller jack ho advised that the items are "decorative" not operational compasses. It was not in the description and why would some be operational?. The seller finally accepted and i returned the items (Paying $70 for shipping) on 4/2/18. The package arrived at customs on 4/12 and was never picked up.in june 2017, the post office mailed me back the item. I received the package with a label that stated "refused". I contacted aliexpress many times but could never talk to a person and only "chatted". Aliexpress tried to contact the seller, and when i appealed the decision they rejected the appeal because the item was sent back to me. Now i have 70 compasses in my possession that i cannot sell and want the $200 i spent back. The customer service at aliexpress is the worst i have ever seen. I will never purchase from them again
