I ordered cruju watch from ali express. And i did online payment. Order received at local post office but they return back as they said seller not given complete address as i given complet address. And order get returned. No body contacted me. I put a complent on indian post office but my order is distroied by ali express, now ali express has deleted my account so that i can not see my order details. Very bad service. Suffering from last one months. Even they dont have proper customer service to contact.

      I was searching this service since long time now I am happy to knw ur fast service for customer complain action.
      My complaint is about alixpress .
      I had purchased some items from mentioned screenshot sellers. They didn't delivered my item and ate my money and when I told them for refund they ignore my request and ate my money and blocked the open dispute option so I was unable to make refund request.hope u will help me to refund my money from all these 3 cheaters .

      Pls see the screenshot, pls check all 3 cheater companies and make my refund

                I’ve placed an order on 12.10.2019, 10 small tablets for washing car windows costing €0.46 choosing from the options the free shipping to france from france, as you can very well see in the attached photo i presented as evidence that aliexpress stealthily ignored. As well, i received a notification about the order being shipped, still for the amount of €0.46, see again in the attached evidence the print screen of it. Later on i found out that i got robbed by €96.88, presumably the shipping cost! I can’t understand how they were able to take this amount from my account without my consent! For something that costs €0.46!!! I’ve wasted hours chatting with csrs explaining that the grass is green over and over again, they all were reassuring me that this is a mistake and i will surely be refunded (They have all these conversations with the reference numbers). I did exactly what they told me to do and i choosers as the dispute reason “order not received, but aliexpress dismissed it and said that the item is in the country and i should go and pick it up. This i found no reasonable employee that understands how unacceptable and hypocritically this is. Acting like the problem was receiving the tablets, not the fact that i got robbed.in the end, on my 4th or 5th chat i was told by a csr that the order is closed and there’s nothing i can do. They suggested that i open a new dispute and pay out of pocket the shipping back to china, maybe this way i will get the refund, or maybe not.

                        Dear sir/madam [aliexpress]
                        With due respect, i am a victim of wrong information given by the seller and today the local custom fined me sar 1, 000.00 (One thousand saudi riyal) for ordering such prohibited item to saudi arabia.

                        But i want to tell you that as per my initial conversation/exchange of messages with the seller (Screenshots attached), i had been confirmed of a safe shipment of such item to saudi arabia by the seller when i asked about if there is any restriction to order such item for saudi arabia the country where i have been living in.
                        So, based on the written confirmation as above from the seller, i placed the order and paid the amount.
                        I took 2 months to arrive the shipment with the item to the destination country (Saudi arabia) from origin country (China) and moreover, when i visited the local post office, the authorities denied to have the such shipment firstly, upon my continue visit, they finally replied that the shipment has been blocked since it is a prohibited item, and i would be received a message with fine of sar 1, 000.
                        Before a week i received the sms, (Screenshot attached) from saudi custom, and today i visited (I could not visit just right after i received the sms because i was buy in my office jobs), so today i visited the saudi custom and i showed them the sms. Upon that they prepared a voucher (Copy attached) and instructed me to pay that voucher of penalty of sar 1, 000.00 immediately to avoid from any other legal procedure. I paid it (Receipt attached). No item i received.

                        Now, i would like to ask, what is my fault here, why my money has been taken by the seller, although i did ask them clearly before the payment and ordered about the safe and secure delivery of the item to the destination country. And this was the seller wo made me confirm about the possible delivery of the item and in case not the seller promised of the return of the amount. But now the matter is not only about my ordering amount (Usd 99) but also the fine i paid today. Who is responsible and who would pay this amount, in addition of the compensation of difficulties i faced and the compensation of my tension and behavioral insulting which made me to shame on myself many times by arguing with local post office and custom as well as others consequences as hurt me as human being.
                        Bottom lien: since it was not my duty to get it the shipment clear from the local custom.in addition the seller guaranteed me that the item is allowed and would be delivered even though if the item is not reached to me the amount would be refund. Now is almost 4 months i ordered the item and after today the local saudi custom charged me the fine and taken over the item for destroy, i would like raise this complaint against ali express as well the seller (Wiyo mannequin co., ltd store) to reimburse all the payable amount to me as per the law and procedures.

                        Kindly make a proper and throughout investigation and make a fair judgment base on the facts and details i mentioned and attached hereabove.

                              Hi, i made an order for hair bundles which i receieved and a curly frontal that the seller said they would send me seperate as they did not hve the style i was looking for but had something similar. With much disusssion they said they only had deep wave frintakl and i didnt want deep wave but just a curly frontal.in the end they siad they did have siomethhing similar but did not have a link for it on alliexpress so what theyy will do is give me a price for it and then i can pay via pay pal. So i did. Now i opened the packaging last night as i had booked to do my hair on saturday. And they did not send me a frontal but a small 4x4 closure! I was absolutely confused dissapointed and shocked as i had waited since the 12th of october for this order. I had also paid the seller for a frontal not a closure via paypal as they encouraged me to. I raised the dispute with them asking them why they had done this and explaining that i had already booked to do my hair on saturday but now it is inconviniecing me because they sent me the wrong product. So i asked for a refund for the money i paid for the frontal but did not recieve. They said they will speak to the manager and get back to me during the weekend knowing full well i have booked to do my hair then!! They want me to do my hair so that they ca say i have already used the product. But what do i do as i have a wedding to go to on sunday! This is absolutely deceitful unfair and has inconvenienced me as i have received something i didnt pay or ask for. I already sent them photos of the closure they sent! Instead of dealing with my complaint they keep responding by saying ok. How is this fair?? I have all the evidence needed at your request. I want this issue dealt with immediately.

                                    Unfair dispute resolution team to the buyers: i have been a regular buyer on the aliexpress website, until recently, whenever i order a more expensive order, the seller sent damaged items and even accepted their mistake and agreed for a full refund with return (As return shipping from india is extremely expensive). However aliexpress have their own dispute resolution team, who decided that the buyer has to ship the items back, which means no matter what the seller gives, damaged, wrong goods and fails to give the right quality, but the buyer still has to has to pay for the sellers mistakes. I requested so many times regarding that it is clearly mistake of seller but aliexpress is with the buyers and whatever and how much u are right... Doesn't matter for aliexpress... Aliexpress always favour sellers.. What a cheap resolution? As amount is big so we can't refund.. I already paid 31000 inr for the product and 15000 inr for custom.. Now if i want this 30000 inr refund i have to pay again return shipping fees which is very high in india. Please take appropriate action against buyers

                                      I ordered xiaomi air dot from ali express on 2nd aug'19 amounting rs 1242.67, the order id is [protected]. It was supposed to come in 2-3 weeks. The shipment was stuck with delhi international mail centre for more than 2 months. It was not allowing me to cancel the order/raising a dispute during this transit time. The tracking id is rb[protected]sg, now it is showing the order is completed, meaning delivered. But when i am tracking this package from the id it is showing that has been sent to singapore. Now i can't do anything on the portal, only option they are giving me is to write a feedback. Please escalate this issue to ali express team, this is pure theft.

                                        Sir my order was held at kolkata custom for so long without giving any specific reason and my order arrived today and the local post office asked me to pay for ₹2811 for my order and when i asked them the reason they just said that it was vecause of the custom fee while ingibe all the shipping charge for my order so please solve my problems and look after into it and kindly please ask the local post office to release it without charge my tracking id is rb[protected]sg
