I ordered a bag from artmomo official store from your website. The seller has sent me a counterfeit product and is not same as how they have describe in picture. I have disputed it but, they are not listening and is not helping me in anyway. I opted for a partial refund, as i cant return the product as the country of origin is very far and they have an option for a partiality refund for which i have opted. Now i want this to take it seriously and resolve asap.
