Ali Express — damaged items sent, refund not issued

I have been a regular buyer on the aliexpress webiste, until recently, whenever i order a more expensive order, the seller sent damaged items or wrong sized dress, and even accepted their mistake and agreeed for a full refund without return (As return shipping from india is extremely expensive). However aliexpress have their ow dispute resolution team, who decided that the buyer has to ship the items back, even althought the seller is okay to refund without the return shipping. Which means no matter what the seller gives, damages, wrong goods and fails to give the right quality, but the buyer still has to has to pay for the sellers mistakes. On communicating with the seller, they claim that aliexpress is taking money from them and also returning back to the buyer.
Terrible fraud!

Updated by Yaminild UNFAIR DISPUTE RESOLUTION TEAM TO THE BUYERS: I have been a regular buyer on the Aliexpress website, until recently, whenever i order a more expensive order, the seller sent damaged items or wrong sized dress, and even accepted their mistake and agreed for a full refund without return (as return shipping from India is extremely expensive). however aliexpress have their own dispute resolution team, who decided that the buyer has to ship the items back, even although the seller is okay to refund without the return shipping. which means no matter what the seller gives, damaged, wrong goods and fails to give the right quality, but the buyer still has to has to pay for the sellers mistakes. There is no option to appeal, the customer care misleads the buyer and tells to wait until the order gets closed, to open an appeal. on waiting the told time, the customer care told me there was no option to appeal. and promised that they will resolve the case as soon as possible, but obviously, i reached out to them 5 times until now, but never receive any email, however i have all the screenshots of all communications, and misleading instructions and false promises.
