Ali Express — dispute

One of the sellers at aliexpress site sold a torn skirt and i filed a refund complaint but the seller agreed to return the money provided that the skirt was returned. Is this possible? The shipment until it arrived in my city took more than twenty days and now the shipment is required to be returned in nine days! This theft and immoral, this is clearly a threat.. This is the seller's mistakes and has to bear the consequences, why should i pay, this is not fair!

Is this moral. To ship within nine days means to pay twice the value of the skirt, otherwise i have to shut up and keep the torn skirt., this is the seller's fault why sell things broken where honesty where responsibility for express in this
