I dint get product... How can not refund... Take back your product from customs,,, return back my money

I am very disappointed and not satisfied with seller and shipment
Till i contacted you guys dint respond and now i contacted you,, you blame it on me and cheat on me... What kind of justice is this!!
I feel aliexpress is responsible and have to take an action on thins
My money, my time, my patience and peace is been disturbed and wasted!!!
