Ali Express — I didn't get my orders from last 1 year

Hi team,

I did'nt get my orders from last 1 year.
I ordered 2 products on 06 dec 2016 and it's completed 2 years and i did'nt get my orders.
I ordered one women long sleeve tshirt with order id '[protected]' and 1 watch with order id '[protected]'.

I am really very disappointed my ali express service. This is my first worst experience in online shopping.

I use many shopping sites but my experience with ali express is very horrible. From this experience, i felt i will never do shopping with ali express.

I would request you to please deliver my orders as soon as possible.
