Ali Express — I don't get my refund

I have paid for an order & i don't needed it after that. I cancelled my order and i haven't get my refund and once it's processed it will be refunded but it's showing waiting for refund from past 3 days. Even if it shows processing then i can wait according to the norms given after processing it may take 7 days but the problem is that it is not even processed Was this information helpful? I ordered 2 products from aliexpress in December 2016 and ItIt is going to complete 1 year to order my products ..tell me how can it takes 1 year to deliver the order..and on other hand they are not updating me and not replying on my massages.

Deliver me products or refundy money.. I am very disappointed from Aliexpress services.

I ordered a product on 9th September 2017 and haven't received the product. I opened dispute but not yet received the refund. And in the app, it is showing refund recieved.
