Ali Express — money debited from card but order cancelled by the app.haven't received refund. | |||
I'm a regular customer at ali express. Last time while placing the order my order got cancelled. So i tried again2-3 times, and the next day too. In the process my two debit cards(which i used for this) were debited. My email id is: [protected]@ediindia.org Details: INR 1039.53[12:31, 22/09/19] Card ending(...0061) INR 1036.33[23:53, 23/09/2019] card ending (...0499) Ihavent recieved any refund yet and their AI customer care also can't help me. I cancelled the order and the seller agree with the cancellation, because I don't want the order anymore. Since then up till now my money was not refund. I attached the order information on this complaint, I will be very happy if this problem is rectify. Kindly help to resolve the issue.
