Ali Express — product

I placed on order in ali express online store. After placed my order they show the order is closed but my cash also lost.
So many time i complained throw chat box they telling "if it gets approved, you will receive a notification email in 3-5 business days. Otherwise, you may try not to use coupon (S) when placing the order." but no one contacted me
