I had purchased a bluetooth speaker from ggmm stores on you 11.11 sales vide order no.[protected] on free delivery.9th dec.2017 was the last date. But even today l did not received the item. Hence l requested a refund on 9.12.2017. Today l have got a message for paying tax of inr 2688. L informed the stores, but they are not ready to pay the amount. So l have to get refund of 102.04 us dollers. I have only a dealing with you for this purchase. Hence requesting refund.
