I did not receive my order nor the refund was processed to me. I opened a dispute but the seller requested me to close the dispute or else his store will get closed, and to wait for few more days. I closed the dispute and Ali without taking my approval automatically updated that i have received my order. I felt like getting deceived by both ali and the seller. The seller was playing with my patience and now i know not whom to contact. Now neither i can open a dispute nor the seller is replying to my messages. Sometimes its not about money but i felt cheated by Ali and their sellers. Need a refund ASAP.

When we give our card detais while ordering the merchandise the CVV number is visible. Example 123. My concern it is high risk. Supposed to be when key in the CVV number on the screen it should appear as ***. Not the number. Please clarify.
