Ali Express — Refund was not proceeded
On 27.08.21 I ordered a yoga mat for 34.65 usd (order [protected]). It arrived on 04.11.2021 damaged and ripped. I opened a dispute asking for refund and returning the item if seller covers return shipping. Aliexpress offered me 6 usd partial refund which I refused as I wished full money refund. The seller contacted mme and said no return needed, to keep it, and refunded me 6 usd and dispute was finished. But this is not what I wanted! I contacted customer service several time and every time they answer:
"From the dispute, as the goods still have certain value, we can only give you partial refund as option 1, hope you can understand. ( buyer couldn't provide further effective evidence, we could not raise the refund rate.)We sincerely feel sorry that you did not choose the solution: return the goods for full refund.
【Suggestion】：Now the payment has been released. The best solution for you is to contact seller and get a new solution, We highly recommend you could communicate with seller regarding your return or refund. Your kind understanding will be appreciated."
This is reficulous! They don't want to take responsibility!!
