Ali Express — they are not refund

I bought a lemfo smart watch through their website against order number [protected] dated 07/04/2018 the product is working properly for one month only and now the product is dead. I have already chat with thier consultant against caseno:[protected] but i did not get the satisfactory respond from thier side.

Indian peoples please dont purchase any item from aliexpres otherwise you face the problem
