Ali Express — they deactivate my account without my fault, I have evidence.

All allegation are totally wrong, can you please re investigating about my account activity.
Seller admit that, that was there fault they provide wrong shipping details still i didn't get product
Product quality, item not receive, refund & return is not an issue... I also got full refund several times.
But this time case is different.

This are the following reason by you :
Claiming an item hasn't been received when it has (I never do this)
Claiming an item differs significantly from its description in its product listing when the item’s condition is consistent with its listing (Mey be by mistake)
Opening a case when you have already received a refund from the seller or reimbursement from your payment provider (I never do this)
Opening a case against a seller as a form of retaliation following previous disputes (I never do this)
Threatening to open a case against a seller in order to obtain a discount or additional goods and services, when the item had arrived in the condition as described in the product listing (I never do this)

If you have any evidence that can prof that i try to overrule your condition, please share with me i also anxious to know about my fault

Issue is - after 2nd time extended purchase protection by the seller, on 13th nov 2017 my order purchase protection was end. And also after 100 days i found my product was delivered to different state. Distance from me around 2000km! Now my duty is to defend myself right? After that particular date i was open a dispute for refund. And suddenly i found myself as a suspended buyer!! My problem is we can't contact directly to the aliexpress team. Now i got another defective mobile parts last week, i can't even open a dispute for that... Other side seller admitted that this is there fault also they apologized for that. But still my account was block! All chat assistance are admitted that there was no fault by me. No one provide contact of aliexpress team. By this message i try to ask aliexpress where was my fault? From past 4 years i was use aliexpress very honestly and clearly. Don't know why they do this to me without any reason. (Sorry for bad english)
I need this account as active, please re investigate and judge properly.

They deactivate my account which I was maintained very honestly past 3-4 year. No problem !
But can you enplane, who taking this order responsibility worth $35.11? If you read my uploaded screenshot you can find there was not my fault.
So request you please re enable my account, I don't want to open a new account with other details.
