Order number [protected] - amplifier

I bought this amplifier from DOUK AUDIO OFFICAL STORE on 6 December 2022, and received it promptly and in good condition. It worked well. However, on 28 June 2023 the amplifier started making a loud noise, and started burning inside. I switched it off immediately and let it cool down, but after that it stopped working.

I contacted Douk Audio but they refuse to replace or refund the defective item. They want me to send them money and to send me replacement electrical components. This is not acceptable.

I want Douk Audio to replace the amplifier or send me a refund. They cannot sell electrical products with no guarantee.

Please instruct Douk Audio to issue a refund.
