My parcel from ali express with tracking number rb[protected]sg under the name rinchin tsomu have been stuck at kolkata foreign lcao since oct 25th. I gor no intimation or notification as to what do they want. It is just lying there. Also it is so difficult to get in touch with them. I live in delhi so i cannot even go there. Payment got deducted from the bank account but in app still it is showing payment awaiting state. Raise the issue more than 5 times in app with proof attached. Not received any response

I had order a part of my camera that was broken. It's very light in weight and its under 1500 rupees. But the kolkata RLO building hold that item. Please help me.
