aliexpress — parcel stuck in kolkata foreign lcao

I have one shipments rp[protected]cn it has arrived in kolkata foreign lcao on dt08/09/2019. And since then, there has been no update whatsoever.
I can't understand what are they doing with the parcel and have made them not update any tracking information.
It is really very annoying. Lousy service whenever its related to international shipment, customs etc... Please send the parcell as early as possible.
