As i was not alloted any seat I want to know when will the refund be given. As the session has already started.

Respected sir,
I'm sharada palve, I have registered on AIIMS DELHI NORCET EXAM 2021, On 17/10/2021.I made payment thorough credit card first transaction was failed but amount debited and second transaction was successful. After second transaction it reflected on registration process.
Kindly refund amount 3000 on credit card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 5483.

Manu Bala, my reg id 52001808, the issue is I have done payment through credit card and the transaction was done, but the page didn't redirect to AIIMS, it says error in loading page.the amount was deducted from my account but it didn't show as payment is successful as shown in attachments
